Context service page for the Swiss B2B market. 360VIER operates from the
Rhine-Main region, working hybrid with Swiss clients – DSG/GDPR compliant,
with documented data residency and multilingual platform logic.

What Swiss B2B platforms must withstand today

Swiss SMEs operate in a market that is simultaneously ramping up multiple complexities. The market expects multilingual platforms as standard, not as an option. At the same time, DSG and GDPR run in parallel. In addition, international headquarters dictate architectural guidelines, while local teams maintain the content. The website that was suitable five years ago can no longer withstand this reality today. The symptoms are evident across the entire buying center.

Digital Marketing Manager

Every content change goes through the agency, and multilingualism (DE/FR/IT/EN) exacerbates this. Swiss market specifics (conventions, tonality, regulatory notes) are hardcoded instead of being editorially manageable.

IT Manager

The CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce), industry software, and website run as isolated solutions. Interfaces are manual, undocumented, or non-existent – making maintenance and migration a risk.

Management

The platform must fit corporate standards, scale with the business, and be cost-effective. The existing setup no longer meets these requirements and blocks growth initiatives.

Content/Editorial

Location pages, product details, and customer areas should be manageable without developer access. In reality, this is not the case, and every change costs time and ticket capacity.

Platforms instead of Websites

We don’t develop websites that are eventually finished. We develop platforms that grow with the company – technically, editorially, and machine-side. Specifically, these platforms consist of four building blocks.

  • WordPress as an Enterprise Platform: WordPress Enterprise scales productively, has broad maintenance and security support, and is operated by your team – without constant agency loops. Modular design systems instead of page builder chaos.
  • API Integrations into Existing Systems: We connect the platform with what you already use – CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce), industry software (onOffice, Property Manager), ERP/PIM. Data is maintained once and displayed everywhere.
  • Machine-Readable Structures: Schema.org, clean information architecture, and structured content – so AI crawlers and classic search engines understand the platform equally well.
  • Editorial Self-Management – also multilingual: The editorial team operates the platform without developers. The components, blocks, and templates are built to create complex pages – including clean language versioning DE/FR/IT/EN.

What is included in the Scope of a Platform

Modular service packages with a clear scope instead of “full service”:

Strategy & Information Architecture

Target group logic, page types, URL structure, conversion paths. Result: documented architecture that can be maintained internally.

Modular Design System

Defined components, documented for editorial and development, transferable to print – as with ABG Frankfurt, where the design system was transferred into two annual reports.

WordPress Development

Theme development, custom blocks, headless setups for performance or multi-frontend needs. Result: a well-maintained component system that grows with the company.

API Integrations

Interfaces to onOffice, HubSpot, Salesforce, ERP, industry software. Result: data flows instead of being manually maintained.

Login Areas and Portals

Protected areas for owners, specialist dealers, distributors, customers – including rights and role concept.

Hosting, Performance, DSG/GDPR

Scalable hosting with documented data residency, technical maintenance, compliance setup.

Continuous Improvement

Ongoing development after release. Result: The platform continuously evolves.

The Stack behind the Platform System

WordPress Enterprise

WordPress Enterprise on Sage framework with proprietary theme → your team works with a market standard for which you can always find developers.

Gutenberg Block Editor

Gutenberg Block Editor with custom components → the editorial team builds pages visually, without shortcodes or plugin sprawl.

REST APIs

REST APIs for structured data flows

CRM, marketing automation, and industry systems work as one system, not in parallel. Documented for “WordPress and HubSpot” and “WordPress and Salesforce

Schema.org Markup

Schema.org Markup and semantic structuring → content becomes not only readable for AI systems but recognizable as entities — people, products, cases, locations with clear relationships to each other.

WCAG Compliance

WCAG Compliance

as an architectural decision, not an afterthought. Accessibility is part of the platform, not a subsequent feature.

Scalable Hosting, GDPR Compliant

Scalable Hosting, GDPR Compliant

IT gets a transparent infrastructure, not a black-box setup.

What AI-First means in Platform Architecture

AI is an architectural principle, not a feature. The foundation layer – CMS, data modeling, interfaces – forms the basis for the intelligence layer: machine-readable content and semantic processing for AI visibility. Content is structured in such a way that it can be processed equally well by classic browsers, search engines, and generative AI systems. Those who want to build a RAG knowledge layer (Retrieval Augmented Generation) on this basis will find it in DialogHub – productively used by Kampmeyer and Lernstudio Barbarossa.

When Industry Systems and Website become One System

Swiss B2B companies work with established stacks – HubSpot or Salesforce for CRM, industry-specific systems, multilingual product worlds. A new platform must fit into this reality, not run in parallel. The same principle applies everywhere: data maintenance remains in the source system, the website consumes it.

For Swiss Real Estate

WordPress + onOffice / Property Manager: Properties, marketing status, owner data. Multilingual exposés, marketing logic according to Swiss conventions, owner logins. At Kampmeyer, fully automated property management runs via the onOffice REST API. The same architecture can be transferred to the Swiss market when property management systems or proprietary CRM solutions are integrated.

For Swiss Industry and Medtech

WordPress + ERP/PIM: Product data in DE/FR/IT/EN, protected distributor areas, regulatory notes according to market. Industries with international product worlds need a platform that cleanly versions multilingual content and editorially manages market specifics – instead of hardcoding them.

For Swiss Financial and Knowledge Organizations

WordPress + CRM + RAG Knowledge Layer: Regulated content with documented approval processes, RBAC structures for role-based access, regulatory disclosure obligations (e.g., according to FINMA) editorially manageable. Conversational knowledge layers (RAG) on existing content – GDPR compliant via Swiss or EU hosting.

Frequent Questions from Swiss Clients

Do we need to be on-site in Zurich for the collaboration to work?

No. 360VIER is based in Germany in the Rhine-Main region. We manage Swiss engagements using a hybrid model. On-site meetings are utilized for workshops, kick-offs, and critical decisions, while structured remote phases take place in between. The project determines the appropriate mix—not geographic logic.

How do you handle Swiss data protection (FADP) and GDPR?

Data protection in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and GDPR is an integral part of the conceptual phase from the very beginning of every project. We work with Swiss or EU hosting partners when data residency requires it, and configure the platform to ensure that data flows between Switzerland and the EU are clearly documented.

We use onOffice / Property Manager / our own CRM. Does this work with your platform?

Yes. The WordPress platform is connected to your system via REST API. At Kampmeyer, fully automated property management runs through onOffice; additional CRM and industry software integrations are documented. We will clarify which specific data flows in the Ideation Circle.

How do you implement multilingualism (DE/FR/IT/EN)?

Multilingualism is built into the information architecture, not added later as a plugin. Each language version is standalone content—no automatic translation. The editorial team maintains each language using the same modular components, without language version A depending on language version B.

How much of the platform can our team manage independently?

Everything editorially relevant is part of our default setup. With modular Gutenberg components, standardized page types, and documented maintenance workflows, your team works without developer access. At Lernstudio Barbarossa, multiple editorial teams manage 165 locations via a single platform.

What happens to our old website during the project?

It remains active. Migration and relaunch are planned as a controlled transition – not as a fixed deadline with risk. URL structure, existing SEO, and content are taken into account during the architecture phase of the Ideation Circle.

What does a platform cost with you?

The budget depends on scope and architecture. That’s precisely why every project begins with the Ideation Circle (4–6 weeks)—during which scope, architecture, and a reliable effort estimate are developed before you need to approve an implementation budget.
